Renshuu from the World in Union Concert
Many thanks to Umqombothi for hosting us at their World in Union concert! We had a great time playing for a full house. For those who couldn't make it, check out the piece that we played on the Tora Taiko Facebook page!
Titled "Renshuu", which means "practice" in Japanese, this piece features multiple techniques used in taiko playing, such as kara strokes and shouts.

Next rehearsal on Saturday!
Hello everyone!
Thank you to all who came to see us perform at the CSA Moon Festival on Saturday. We hope that you enjoyed our first performance of the year!
We will be having rehearsal at 8pm on Saturday October 5 this week at McAlpin Rehearsal Hall in Woolworth Music Building. The time change will only be for this week, and we will resume Friday night rehearsals next week. See you there!
